How it Works
Month 1: The Strategy
Discovery Call & Reach out to Partners:
After submitting your deposit, right away you will book this 2-hour strategy call where we will discuss your needs, goals, and vision for your brand and website. We will focus our discussion on visual examples, understanding your target market and copywriting and imagery needs. During this phase we will research and source any additional partners such as copywriters, photographers or strategists and bring them on board. I’ll provide referrals and consult on any back and fourth!
Month 2: Brand Visuals
Moodboard & Branding:
Following our call I will create a Moodboard and set of keywords that will set the tone for your brand. We will refine this document until things feel clear and aligned. After the moodboard is approved I’ll share the first draft of the brand visuals (logos, graphics, icons, fonts, colors etc.). We will refine this document until things feel right to you.
Month 3: Copy & Photography
Consulting and Guidance:
We have to give our partners space to do their beautiful work! That’s what this month is for. I’ll be here to support your work with your copywriter and/or photographer and consult on style and tone. Once the copy and imagery is approved we can move onto the website. This process is a creative one — if your chosen copywriter or photographer needs more time to deliver their assets we will hit pause on our project and pick things back up when it’s ready! That’s the beauty of The Legacy Package. Aligned flexibility.
Month 4: The Website
Squarespace Website Design:
Whether we are creating an overhaul on your existing website or creating a new Squarespace website from scratch, we’ll take this month to create, refine and edit the website design so it aligns with your vision and strategy.
Month 5: Marketing Materials
Two “Design Days”:
During this last month I’ll select two Design Days within my calendar/schedule and we can execute your marketing material needs on those days. If you’re new to Design Day, you can read more about this here >. This can include social media graphics, Canva setup, email marketing design, course graphics, business cards, notecards, freebie design, or anything else that’s needed.

If you want to write your own copy to bring the overall cost down, I can definitely provide you with Website Copy Prompts. However with this package I highly recommend hiring a professional for the most seamless and premium experience. I can refer you to one of my favorites! I have partners that can do ‘cleanup work’, partners that specialize in wellness professionals, partners that specialize in SEO work and more. We will choose someone that’s the right fit for you.

With this package you get access to TWO Design Days with me. But yes, in the future you can book a Design Day and I would be happy to create additional marketing graphics for you and your brand.

I kindly ask that a 10% non-refundable deposit is paid upfront to secure your place in my schedule. Then the remaining cost is broken into equal monthly payments.

Due to the fact that all files are digital in nature, I do not offer any refunds. However, I’m happy to say that I have very happy clients. I have only ever had clients that have enjoyed the process and loved their new brands and websites.

This package is a 3-5 month package and I only book 3 a year to retain the spaciousness intended with this package. I typically book out a few weeks to a few months in advance. With that said, upon signup you will get access to The Prep Work which provides you with resources and guides that you can get started on right away.

I pride myself on getting all visual preferences established upfront before getting into the branding portion. This means that the majority of the time there are only minor edits that are needed. For the branding portion and for the website portion you get 1 round of edits each - This includes one complete new direction (aka “I have a new target market now”). For smaller refinements or tweaks to the branding we will work together until you are satisfied. However, do keep in mind that the allotted time I have for us is 5 months (+ a 3-week grace period). If after this time is up and you still need extra help to complete the project, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 an hour. I will always inform you before working on any additional billable hours.
