Envision it: During this three-week intensive process I’ll create an aligned Squarespace website, designed completely for you. I can refresh your current site or create a new Squarespace site for you. Get copywriting prompts, tech support and a set of Squarespace tutorials for your ongoing use. Website Questionnaire (aka your “homework”)
2-Hour “Copy” Call where we will discuss your questionnaire answers and look at visuals together, creating a plan for your website copy and imagery.

How it Works
The Prep Phase:
Book Your Free Consult Call:
On this 30-minute call we will discuss whether this package is the right fit for you! Apply here >
Book your “Copy” Call:
After submitting your deposit, right away you will book this 2-hour strategy call where we will discuss your needs, goals, and vision for your website. I’ll send a Questionnaire before the call! We will look at visual examples and create a Copywriting document for you to DIY your copy for your website. We will also discuss and decide if the idea of hiring an additional copywriter (+$997) or strategist (+$750) is the right fit for you! We will also discuss brand imagery and if you need to hire a photographer I can provide photoshoot guidance based on your brand visuals.
The Design Phase:
Once we have final images and copy ready… I can begin the Website Design Phase and our 3-week process officially begins!
Website Design:
I’ll take 7 business days to design your website. I’ll share a loom video to present the website and we will book a call to go over feedback live if needed. I can refresh your existing website, or build a new Squarespace website from scratch. You can choose to keep your website ‘live’ during this process or we can put up a ‘coming soon’ page.
Quick Feedback:
In order to get your website done during a 3-week timeframe I ask for speedy feedback (with 1-2 business days). I carve out this time just for you so I’m always available for a call as well if that’s helpful throughout the process.
Website Refinements:
After you provide your feedback, I’ll take a few more days to make any edits and refine the website so you’re feeling great about the new look and feel.
The Launch Phase:
Tech Setup:
We will take extra time to make sure your email marketing, opt-in forms, pop-ups, and domain is all setup correctly.
Launch your new Website:
We will celebrate and share your new website with your community in whatever way feels best (social media, email marketing or with your family and friends).
Follow-Up Support (1 Hour):
After the website is officially launched, during the following week, you get an additional hour of design time for any minor tweaks or edits.
Email Support + Book Again:
Endless email support for any further assistance. You can always email me a question. If you need more design support for your marketing needs you can always book a Design Day.

Most of my clients book branding and website design with me! We always have to start with the brand to make sure the foundation is solid. By breaking up the brand and website packages you are able to add on a website design service that’s more tailored to your needs (need a quick turn around? Want to DIY a site using one my templates from The Sundai Shop?). In this instance, you’re probably looking for a more comprehensive, done-for-you, custom experience. That’s what you get with The Aligned Website. On our consult call we will discuss which add-on branding service is right for you.

Lead times can vary. I typically book out a few weeks to a few months in advance.
Keep in mind that you can typically book your Copy Call within 2 weeks to get the ball rolling!

I kindly ask for a 20% deposit to book up front. After that we will have our Copy Call and make a plan for your copywriting and images.
Once you have final copy and imagery ready, we can book your 3-week timeblock for the website process. At that time the remaining cost will be due. I have it structured this way because sometimes people need 2 weeks to write their copy or they would prefer to take 2 months. Everyone goes at their own pace! We will work with your timeline goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

Go ahead and book a call with me and share your specific situation! I typically suggest Squarespace due to it’s ease of use for service providers but I will ocassionally create websites on different platforms on a case by case basis! I’m all about making sure the platform you choose for your website is the right fit for you. At the very minimum I can provide the guidance you need to feel confident in your choice.
