Envision it: Your brand is the embodiment of your energy, an extension and expression of you. Over the course of this one-week intensive collaboration, we’ll craft strategic, custom, visual branding for your business.

Brand Questionnaire (aka your “homework”)
60-Minute Discovery Call where we will discuss your questionnaire answers and look at visuals together.
1 shared Google Folder and Google Doc with listed deliverables and notes for clarity and organization.
Intuitive Brand Strategy Document: This incudes a detailed moodboard and set of keywords that will set the tone for your brand. Unlimited revisions.
7 hour Design Day focused only on your brand project:
Primary Logo, Submark Logo
Icons, Textures or Illustrations
Color Palette, Brand Fonts
Stock photography selection of 12 images
Email communication day of, sharing updates and design drafts for feedback. I will also be available for Zoom calls if needed.
Unlimited revisions during your Design Day
Application Mockups of your choice (business cards, social media templates, or email marketing). Final files included.
Final Files (JPGs, PNGs, PDFs and pantone colors if applicable)
Brand Guideline created in Canva for ease of use
Canva “Brand Kit” setup (if needed)
1 hour of design time during the following week for any small tweaks or edits that might still be needed.
Endless email support post-brand intensive for any question that might pop up.

The Prep Phase:

Brand Questionnaire:
Please fill out your Brand Questionnaire (aka your “homework”) before our Discovery Call.
Discovery Call (1 Hour):
We begin with a 1-hour strategy call to discuss your needs, goals, and vision for your brand. We will look at visual examples on this call.
Moodboard Phase:
Following our call I will create a Moodboard and set of keywords that will set the tone for your brand. This will be sent within 48 hours. We will refine this document until things feel clear and aligned.
The Design Day:
Brand Intensive Session (7 Hours):
From 9am to 4pm EST, I will dedicate seven hours exclusively to your brand visuals. This uninterrupted focus ensures maximum productivity and creativity.
Real-Time Updates:
We'll touch base via email first thing in the morning (EST), as well as throughout the day, to show progress and gather your feedback.
Unlimited Revisions:
Make as many changes as needed within the timeframe to ensure the final designs meet your expectations.
Post Project:
Final Files and Instructions:
By the end of the day, you’ll receive all final files along with instructions on how to use or implement them.
Follow-Up Support (1 Hour):
In the following week, you get an additional hour of design time for any minor tweaks or edits.

Option 1: DIY your website refresh with your new branding and logo files (explore my website template kits if you’re starting from scratch).
Option 2: Book a Design Day with me ($750) and I can implement your new branding, colors and fonts onto your existing website.
Option 3: Book The Aligned Website to get a custom, aligned website design created for you—all within a 3-week timeframe.

This package includes a full brand experience since it’s my belief that these are the assets you’ll need as a virtual business (colors, fonts, logo files, photography, textures or icons). Please reach out if you have any concerns about this.

Most of my clients book branding and website design with me! However, we always have to start with the brand. This is the foundation for everything. By breaking up the packages you are able to add on a website design service that’s more custom and tailored to you (need a quick turn around? A more custom feel? Want to DIY a site using one my templates from The Sundai Shop?). You now have this option without sacrificing your BRAND assets aka the embodiment of your energy. On our consult call we will discuss which add on website service is right for you.

I typically book out a few weeks to a few months in advance. However since this package is only a 1-week commitment there’s a good chance we can get started within the month! Please fill out this form to inquire.

I kindly ask for 20% to book and hold your spot in my calendar. The remaining will be due at the project kick-off. Payment plans are also available.
